The Natural Hoof Shoe is a brilliant new solution to a problem as old as the horseshoe. What to do when you have lost a shoe(s) or your horse is barefoot? Just slip on a Natural Hoof Shoe, close the stretchy double hook/loop flaps and go. The upper portion of shoe is a ballistic nylon for strength & durability. If crossing water, there are open mesh patches on two sides so water does not collect in boot. Super soft open mesh foam cushions the bulbs of the heels. The padded tongue, comes up over the front of the hoof and covers the coronet band. The sole is a ridged rubber compound that gives fantastic traction on all surfaces.

Without clamps or dials these boots slip on with ease. Very lightweight, size 3 only weighs 8.3oz. They easily fit into any pack. If a regular shoe is lost, you can continue to school, condition or turn out for days or even weeks until the farrier arrives.
If an owner prefers to keep their horses barefoot, but the hoof protection is needed perdiocally...the Hoof Shoe is the solution. They are also useful during breeding operations.
