| This bit gives smooth contact to the palate when reins are lifted. With the pressure on the palate, the horse will lower the nose. This gives control of where the body goes. The lower jaw is affected at the same time this again gets the horse to drop its nose and bridle up. With the internal bushing you can lift each side independently, which conrols the body and you still have the effect of the old mouthpieces with the added benefits of shoulder control. Good for gaited horses that need shoulder control. Stainless steel. Size: 5 in. mouth with 7 in. shanks. |
