Description
 
Rugged 4 in. by 5 in. zinc-plated steel mounting plates provide extra strength to insure safety.  3/8 in. hot rolled steel ring butt welded to prevent separation, is hinged beneath the heavily welded support loop.  2 in. loop allows the use of nearly any type of tie rope.  Screws not included.  Made in USA.  Sold each.
